3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. Customers agree to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.

 
4. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, supply delays, or structural issues. Dwell Garage Interiors, LLC will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.

 
5. Changes to Scope
Any changes to the scope of the project must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. Additional costs may apply for changes to the original project scope.

 
6. Customer Cooperation
Customers agree to cooperate with Dwell Garage Interiors, LLC and provide access to the premises as needed for the completion of the project. Delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

 
7. Warranty and Satisfaction
Dwell Garage Interiors, LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We provide warranties on our services, and customer satisfaction is our priority. Please refer to the warranty terms provided in your project documentation.

 
8. Limitation of Liability
Dwell Garage Interiors, LLC is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific services in question.

 
9. Termination of Services
Dwell Garage Interiors, LLC reserves the right to terminate services if the customer breaches these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, any outstanding payments will be due immediately.

 
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Ohio law.
